同頻抗互擾低成本安檢機(jī)雙光障設(shè)計(jì)

摘要： 光障是X光安檢設(shè)備的關(guān)鍵部件，用量大且價(jià)格高。為了降低成本及增加性能，減少對(duì)外購(gòu)成品的依賴，提出了一種光障設(shè)計(jì)方案。針對(duì)安檢機(jī)的特定應(yīng)用需求，采用單一時(shí)鐘源和固定相位差的發(fā)射和接收方式，選用低成本元件，實(shí)現(xiàn)了安檢機(jī)內(nèi)多光障的抗互擾可靠工作；設(shè)計(jì)了自動(dòng)增益功能及自檢功能，通過(guò)優(yōu)化的互連接口，簡(jiǎn)化了系統(tǒng)接線，進(jìn)一步完善了整機(jī)性能。批量應(yīng)用后，其價(jià)格僅為原系統(tǒng)的十分之一，有效降低了安檢機(jī)的生產(chǎn)成本。

Design of anti co-channel interference, low cost twin light barriers for security inspection equipment

Abstract： Light barriers are the key parts of X-ray security inspection equipment, which are used in large amount and cost a lot. In order to reduce the cost, increase the performance and reduce the dependence on the purchased products, a light barrier design scheme is proposed in this paper. According to the specific application requirements of the security inspection machine, a single clock source and a fixed phase difference transmitting and receiving mode are adopted, and low-cost components are selected to realize the reliable anti-interference of multiple light barriers in the security inspection machine; the automatic gain control function and self-test function are designed, and the system wiring is simplified through the optimized interconnection interface, so the performance of the whole machine is further improved. After batch application, the price is only one tenth of the original system, which effectively reduces the production cost of the security inspection machine.

0 引言
為了感知傳送帶上經(jīng)過(guò)的行包，進(jìn)而對(duì)行包進(jìn)行計(jì)數(shù)和X光檢測(cè)，目前的安檢機(jī)行包入口處均安裝有光障，即光電開(kāi)關(guān)傳感器[1]。入口光障的數(shù)量至少為兩個(gè)，以可靠探測(cè)多種外形的行包。目前國(guó)內(nèi)安檢機(jī)所使用的光障均為外購(gòu)的成品，價(jià)格較高。為進(jìn)一步普及安檢機(jī)的應(yīng)用，必須降低生產(chǎn)成本，改善安檢機(jī)的性價(jià)比。因此，迫切需要一種低成本、抗干擾的光障設(shè)計(jì)方案。
