摘要: ATA5830是通用高度集成低功耗UHFASK/FSKRF單片收發器,包括了RF部分,數字基帶和AVR微控制器內核,內核是采用增強RISC架構的低功耗CMOS8位MCU。

  ATA5830是通用高度集成低功耗UHF ASK/FSK RF單片收發器,包括了RF部分,數字基帶和AVR 微控制器內核,內核是采用增強RISC架構的低功耗CMOS 8位MCU.收發器工作在ISM頻段,頻率范圍為310MHz- 318MHz, 418MHz-477MHz以及 836MHz - 928MHz,數據速率0.5k到20kBit/s Manchester,工作電壓1.9V-3.6V和4.5V-5.5V,工作溫度–40℃到+105℃,主要用在RKE,TPMS,遙控起動和控制系統,以及智能RF應用。
